The web-server predHumPhos used to predict human phosphhorylated proteins. we have designed a simple and efficient predictor predHumPhos for predicting phosphorylated protein. Experimental results show that our method is very promising and can be a useful tool for the prediction of phosphorylated protein. The predHumPhos has achieved remarkably higher success rates in comparison with the existing predictors (iPhos-PseEvo) in this area. For convenience of the experimental scientists, we have established a user-friendly web server and a step by step guide have been provided about how to use this web server. It provides as easier way to obtain the desired results without knowing the mathematical details. We have projected that the predHumPhos will become a very useful and higher throughput tool to deal with phosphorylated protein prediction.
